Our studio is located at:

     1940 Hill 60 Rd., R.R.5, Cobourg, ON, K9A 4J8

• driving directions: from the 401-County Road 45 exit (the more easterly of the two Cobourg exits from 401) proceed south to the first stoplight (not very far); turn left (east) on Densmore (which angles into Danforth) and proceed easterly 4-1/2 km (paralleling 401 but to the south) until you come to Hill 60 Rd (marked by two tall cellular towers that can be seen for miles around); the interesection is labelled Cunningham Rd to the north and Hill 60 to the sourth; turn south on Hill 60 Rd. and proceed for 1/2 km -- past the two cellular towers to a house at the dead-end (there are no other houses on the road). As you pull into the driveway your car will be pointing directly at the board-and-batten Atelier Moulin-Noir studio.

Studio exterior
	Welcome to our studio. This is what you will see as you drive into our driveway. A long board-and-batten building -- at one time a horse stable, later a garage, then a harpsichord workshop, and now our studio. At your left from the door you can see one of the reproduction tables Pierre made for outdoor use. Now please come and step inside.

Studio interior
	Here is a corner of the studio. Just left of centre is Pierre's bandsaw. Left of that is the wax maquette of Merike's Jackal (in process). Just to the right of the bandsaw is an upside-down casting of one of Pierre's eagles. Further to the right is a small workbench with a metal lathe on top.
	At the right you can see Pierre's disc sander. Note underneath the thick silver "snake" -- which carries all sanding dust out through a vacuum pump to a collection tank outside the studio. Most of the sutdio machines are connected to this snake. At the left is Pierre's planer.
	Here is Pierre's table saw. In the background on the wall are a couple of Merike's sculptures.
	Here is a shot of the large workbench in the middle of the studio. On top in the foreground you can see a wood-and-clay maquette Merike is in process of creating for an art nouveau table. In the background are the studio shelves filled with supplies for sculpting, mould-making, and casting. At the far right-hand edge of the picture you can see Pierre's drill press.
	One small space along the back wall serves as our Presentation Centre. In the foreground is the Lion Table and in the background the reproduced Statue Table, as you had also seen just outside the studio.
	Finally, one corner of the studio serves as our Studio Office. At the left a small desk where Merike often sits with a cup of tea reviewing her art books. Above in the corner, you can see a collection of wax maquettes of Merike's and Pierre's sculptures. To the right is Pierre's wood lathe.
